GRILLED MARINADED STRIPER
AND OR CORRECT NAME
SEA BASS

Easy to catch if you have 15 lb. test tine and 8ft. spinning rod. Preferably using sea worms, (watch out they do bite). Sea Bass run from April to October on the East Coat. They are always around on the West Coast. For the middle of the country? Well, see if your local supermarket carries it. Because I personally think it is as tasty as Haddock and in more plentiful supply. For our recipe below is based on 1 lb. of striper. Pretty easy to obtain on a 27 inch fish. One should get 6 – 7 lbs. Of meat. So here are the nutritional facts.
1 lb. Of Striper
575 g of protein
10.92 g of total fat
0 carbohydrates
Protein and veggies all in one shot. Cheap and great tasting. Believe you me. Once to taste this recipe you will want more and more. This is why we only featured breakfast and lunch. Remember to use aluminum foil on the grill, Gas or Charcoal. Spray with pam before putting marinaded striper on the foil. Heat on low for 10 mins to heat up the tin foil. Takes around ½ hour to cook at the most. Done when it flakes.

1/8 teaspoon of sea salt
1 ½ cloves of garlic or 4 shakes of garlic powder
14 cup of bell peppers
¼ cup of onions
2 full cups of vinegar / 3 cups for 2 lbs.
Let the striper marinade of 2 hours before dropping it on the heated pan. Remember to turn in about 15 mins to the other side.
