THERE IS NOTHING AS AMAZING AS LOOKING AT CANNON BALL DELTS!

What makes a physique a physique? What catches a trained observer's eye on a physique either female or male. Well it is comparable to icing on a cake or paint on a car. Icing and paint are the final touches to a product. Deltoids are usually what stick out to this author's mind when viewing a body on a stage. Eight out of ten time, the rear deltoid lags behind both the side and front. Giving the physique a dud look on stage. The deltoids are what caps the upper body. In other words ties in all the bodyparts.

Like molding a statue. Working the rear delt will enhance the overall look of the deltoid area.

People usually forget about the rear deltoid or forget to concentrate on working on it as much as the side and front deltoid. It's sad when a contestant hits a rear double bicep pose on stage and nothing shows up.

Drawing compared to the real thing below.

All the deltoids are porportional and in the end run can look like this.

Perfect Delts.

Try this routine it is simple and found to be effective in stimulating the deltoid area.

Exercise One:   1 warm up and then 3 sets x 10 reps. Burn the muscle by slow movement. 1-2-3 pulling back and then 1-2-3 easing off. Keeping your forhead against the pad.

Machine rear delts are safe and easy to do.

Exercise Two:

Taking this exercise slow an easy watching the handling of the weight during the exercise. Easy rule of thumb? If one can not pick up the weight by themselves, then it is too heavy? So many times one can see idiots dropping dumbells because the dumbell's weight is too heavy for them.

Complete three sets done the same way as machine rear delts. One-two-three-three-two-one. Starting off at ear level and almost touching the dumbells together. Then bringing them back down to ear level at the end of the exercise

Front dumbell presses.

Perfect form and strong enough to handle the weight.

Third and final exercise:

Dumbell lying side lateral raises.

An excellent finishing exercise. Burn baby burn. In doing this exercise the right way. A person will not be able to handle as much weight as other exercises like standing side laterals because of the isolated position of this exercise. Having one's elbow bent like if they were pouring a tea pot. Bringing the dumbell a little over the eye level will be suffient. All this will take is 3 sets of 12 reps done slowly to stimulate the side deltoid tissue.

Even the W.B.B.G. Hall of Famer's will tell you form is the key. Slow and steady wins the race. Looking at Steve Reeves below. A person can catch the cannon ball effect.

Everything molds together and the delts tie the upper body together.

This routine will inhance your growth of the deltoid area. Giving maximum efficiency with the lowest chance of injury. Try this routine short and simple. Remember not to get caught on stage without rear delts. M.T.I.
