WRITER'S BLOCK FOR WRITERS

BURNOUT FOR BODY BUILDERS
Sometimes working out becomes stale. One needs to generate new ideas for training routines to help them over that plateau. People that write for a living have a comparable mental problem to burnout. It is called,”Writer's Block”.
The more articles or stories that an individual writes. The better of a writer they become. The better articles are put out to be read. There is sort of a correlation with bodybuilding. The more a person trains the better of a trainer that person becomes. The better their physiques look. The more size one puts on. The more harder they look and the more defined they become.
With Writer's Block. A person has to re-direct their train of thought to influence new and better ideas for articles.

I NEED IDEAS!
(P1.)
We scientifically know that both ”Writer's Block and Burnout,” are real and do exist. How does an individual deal with both?Lets start with Writer's Block. The most humiliating sub cranial activity that a writer can come across.
A writer can not seem to put forth new material. No new ideas for articles are coming through the human thought process. Hitting the wall. Stalling out. Like a bad case of the hiccups or an allergic sneezing attack. It can last days, weeks and sometimes unfortunately months.
How can an individual get out of that negative mode? An individual can try and approach new ideas or material by the following?
a.) surround one's self with positive people.
b.) find a tone to be able to get in tune with oneself.
c.) pick up another hobby.
Take a break from straining the brain for new ideas for articles. One famous writer, “Steven King” took up playing the guitar. Obviously picking up another hobby worked for Mr. King.
Don't be afraid to take suggestions from other people. One thing a writer should not be is stubborn.
A person should be able to gain insight from old and young people alike. The core of the brain is hardly ever used, when it comes to using the mental storage capacity and IQ. Itself. These are some small suggestions that might help in the area of, Writer's Block.
