Some more suggestions that might alleviate burnout. Mostly it is caused by over training. Training too long and too much. This is where a trainer has to use their mental capabilities to overcome the physical and mental effects of burnout.
These are not cures but ideas to avoid burnout. These ideas can also be used to try and alleviate Writers Block as well.
1.) Realize the signs of both
2.) Relax and compose oneself.
3.) Dissect the problem.
4.) Take in ideas about change.
5.) Change the problem.

Both burnout and Writer's Block have similar signs and similar characteristics.

USE THE NOGGEN!
a.) Feeling of being tired all the time.
b.) Not progressing – depressed.
c.) Feeling helpless.
d.) Anxiousness, anxiety.
A good writer and or trainer steps back and looks at the situation and figures out a game plan to overcome the adversity. When reading this one might oneself why both are being compared?

This is a different kind of article when it comes to any muscle magazine. It goes to show? That bodybuilding is more than just plan brute force. It takes a lot of mental prep to look like a champion.
Both have the mental blockage. One has physical and one has mental . So all in all. Generate new ideas for bodybuilding training and if you write? The same goes for the writers. Rather be safe then sorry!
